A Smarter Way to Prepare, Price, and Market Your Home
Before your home goes on the market, I walk through the property with you and look at it through a buyer’s eyes. I consider condition, updates, layout, curb appeal, staging, and any items that may affect marketability.
From there, I give practical advice on repairs, updates, decluttering, and presentation. The goal is not to spend money where it is not needed. The goal is to help your home show well and compete in the current market.
After seeing your home, I prepare a detailed market analysis using comparable sales from three MLS systems. This helps us look at recent sales, active competition, pending homes, days on market, condition, location, and buyer demand.
Once your home is ready, I use professional photography, video, strong listing copy, MLS exposure, and placement on high-traffic real estate websites. When appropriate, I also use broker open houses, public open houses, showing feedback, and weekly activity updates.
Throughout the process, I keep you informed so you know how your home is being viewed, how it compares to other homes, and whether the current strategy is working.
